Job Description:

VAS Aero Services is looking for a SAP/S4 HANA Business Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. Please note: The location is not negotiable. We need someone onsite in Boca Raton. The selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Job Responsibility:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules
  • Solution Design: Design and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and best practices
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA systems to meet specific business requirements, including the use of Fiori apps
  • Testing & Implementation: Participate in testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA issues and errors
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within SAP S/4HANA
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP S/4HANA processes and configurations
  • Training: Provide training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Required minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP with 2 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) with a minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring and using SAP Fiori apps
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization, including SAP Fiori apps
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data migration and data analysis
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Nice to have:

  • SAP S/4HANA certification
  • Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP technologies
  • Experience with Aerospace/aviation Business Process
  • Team working mindset is a must
