Job Description:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions integrated with S/4HANA. Requires expertise in SAP BTP services, architecture patterns, and cloud-native development. Play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions integrated with S/4HANA
  • Define and design end-to-end architecture for SAP BTP solutions integrated with S/4HANA
  • Establish best practices for multi-cloud and hybrid deployment models
  • Lead the technical design of extensions, integrations, and innovations using SAP BTP services
  • Guide development teams in building applications using SAP BTP services such as CAP (Cloud Application Programming), SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP Integration Suite
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of BTP-based applications
  • Design and implement integration scenarios between S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud) and other systems using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and event-driven architectures
  • Define governance models for BTP usage, including tenant management, lifecycle management, and DevOps practices
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP technologies, with at least 3 years in SAP BTP and S/4HANA architecture
  • Strong expertise in SAP BTP services: CAP, Fiori/UI5, Integration Suite, Workflow Management, Mobile Services
  • Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture and extensibility options (In-App, Side-by-Side)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Proficiency in API management, event mesh, and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for SAP development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
