Job Responsibility

3rd level support and implementation of new business requirements
Support projects & services out of the central IT for internal customers/business units
Consulting business units during design and implementation of new SAP S/4 HANA solution and ECC systems
Supporting template creation for S2P process chain
Participate/drive requirement engineering discussions with business units
Translate business requirements into S/4 HANA functional solutions
Configure, customize and execute proof of concepts
Identify, document and perform functional testing
Act as consulting bridge between business functions and technical team
Coordinate and integrate with other related process teams for implementation of end to end process chain

Requirements

Configure SAP PP master data: Bills of Material, Routing, Production order, work centers, Production Order confirmation, Good integration with S2P(MM): good issue, good receipt
Modeling of business flows in the new IS system based on S/4HANA
Expertise in controlling flow
Define and manage the interfaces of PP domain
Good knowledge of CO/MM/FI integration
Hands on the configuration of the new S4HANA system
Work with the agile scrum method
Strength of proposal with good interpersonal skills
A very good listener as well as good faculties of expression are necessary

Assist business workshops during the design of the future Core Design to ensure end-to-end integration of the S/4Hana Finance solution
Assist in changing the PP configuration according to the business workshops
Manage the relationship with stakeholders and development teams
Drafting of detailed specification files (in English)
Coordinate legacy integration systems
MVP(Minimum Viable Product) startup support
Identification of post MVP releases with company IT teams and the method of implementation to limit operational impacts on existing IS
Participate in the integration, testing and migration strategy
Enlightens with digital experience the solutions imagined by Product Owner (best practices, consistency with market standards…)
Gives advice on possible improvements in product backlog
