The SAP S/4HANA CS/SD Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects. The consultant will focus on hands-on functional delivery across Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices. The role requires strong expertise in SAP CS and SD processes, along with experience in configuration, testing, and data migration support.
Job Responsibility
Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD processes including: Sales Order Management, Pricing and Condition Techniques, Delivery, Shipping, and Billing, Credit Management (basic exposure)
Configure and support SAP CS processes including: Service Notifications and Service Orders, Service Contracts and Warranties, Resource-related billing
Support CS–SD integration for service and billing processes
Support ECC to S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations
Apply S/4HANA SD and CS simplifications, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics
Assist in Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and requirement clarification
Work closely with MM, WM/EWM, TM, PM, and FI/CO teams to ensure end-to-end integration
Support Business Partner (BP) and customer master data configuration and validation
Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, middleware) on RICEFW objects and interfaces
Prepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for CS and SD scenarios
Support UAT, defect resolution, and business user clarification
Assist with data migration validation for customers, service contracts, and open documents
Support cutover activities for open sales orders, service orders, contracts, and billing
Provide hypercare support, troubleshooting CS / SD issues post go-live
Document issues, resolutions, and process changes
Prepare and maintain: Functional specifications, Configuration documents, Test scripts and user guides
Follow SAP Activate methodology and project documentation standards
Requirements
5–8 years of SAP functional experience in: SAP SD (Order-to-Cash)
SAP CS (Service Management)
At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project
Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes
