This senior leadership role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex, large-scale transformation engagements for TCS clients, ensuring successful delivery across all phases. This role oversees multiple transformational projects, including ERP implementations and business process improvements, while coordinating timelines, resources, and capacity planning.
