Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Transformation Lead to drive the end-to-end transformation of global OTC processes. This leader will play a critical role in shaping and executing SAP S/4HANA OTC strategy, with deep involvement in SAP SD, Vistex (Rights & Royalty Management), and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This position partners closely with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and external implementation partners to modernize OTC operations, improve efficiency, and support revenue growth through innovative SAP solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute the global SAP OTC transformation strategy, aligned to business objectives
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OTC processes as part of: Vistex Rights & Royalty Management implementation, S/4HANA migration initiatives
  • Drive improvements across: Contract & Order Management, Condition Management & Pricing, Billing & Workflow, Credit Management & Collections, Revenue Recognition (event-based and milestone-based)
  • Ensure seamless integration between OTC and other SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Business Affairs, IT, etc.)
  • Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and SAP Fiori to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and senior business leaders
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations (IFRS, GAAP), tax requirements, and internal controls
  • Manage external SAP partners and implementation vendors
  • Lead organizational change management, training, and adoption strategies
  • Oversee documentation, defect tracking, testing, and change management (Charm)
  • Provide user support during hyper-care and transition phases

Requirements:

  • 5 years in SAP OTC/SD leadership roles with demonstrated enterprise transformation success
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash, including: Pricing, Order Management, Billing, Credit & Collections
  • Proven leadership in global SAP implementations and digital transformation programs
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition, IFRS, GAAP, and OTC-related financial processes
  • Experience leading and managing onshore and offshore teams
  • Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least one S/4HANA implementation
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience with AI, RPA, machine learning, and emerging SAP technologies

  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry
  • Knowledge of Vistex, EDI integrations, and SAP BRIM
