Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially-minded SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO Analyst to cover a period of parental leave from January 2026 to July 2026. This is a critical, short-term contract requiring a deep, functional expert who can hit the ground running within our dynamic finance operations environment. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for our SAP S/4HANA Cloud system, acting as the interface between our Finance team and the technology.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules
  • Provide first-level functional support for all user queries
  • Analyse complex business requirements, identify process improvements, and proactively recommend standard, best-practice SAP Cloud functionality
  • Support the integration strategy and delivery between SAP Cloud and other SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests using established ITSM processes
  • Collaborate closely with business users, implementation partners, and SAP support teams
  • Develop and maintain high-quality functional specifications, configuration guides, and end-user test scripts
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and essential release management activities
  • Participate in adjacent projects as required to ensure SAP system alignment and integrity

Requirements:
