Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality process and technical solutions together with proper documentation, validation and testing and data preparation for Finance and CO processes
  • Drive the translation of functional business requirements into technical solutions and support business in user requirements definition
  • Perform detail analysis of complex business process requirements and propose solutions
  • Lead the Design and Fit-To-Template SAP S/4 Hana FI/CO workshops with local markets/sites, coordinate the identification and resolution of Requirements, Gaps and Deviations, and support the planning Team with the required design activities
  • Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to drive process standardization & global template alignment
  • Create functional design specifications (FDS) and support developers on the creation of the technical design specifications (TDS)
  • Build and Unit Test the functional solution into SAP
  • Keep the project documentation updated (Design Documents, Process Flows, configuration document etc.)
  • Provide support to global data standards definition, cleansing and migration
  • Support E2E testing activities (testing documentation, data and other prerequisites) and the resolution of testing defects
  • Support the Cutover Plan activities and execute the necessary cutover tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in SAP FI/CO modules
  • Very Good understanding of the integration between the FI, CO and logistics modules
  • Hands on experience in the key SAP S/4 functionalities such GL, AR, AP, AA, Banks, Cost Center, Profits and WBS
  • Hands on experience in Fiori Apps
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication
  • Good English communication skills
  • Team player, able to share knowledge and support colleagues
