Embark on a significant 16-month contract opportunity as an SAP S/4HANA Change Lead within an ERP program. This role focuses on leading change management strategy and execution for a key business readiness stream, ensuring people, processes, and technology changes are effectively managed to drive adoption. You will work within a dynamic environment to improve staff efficiency and service delivery by aligning processes to proven ERP templates.
Job Responsibility:
Execute change management strategies aligned with transformation goals using methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci
Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities, ensuring business managers and employees are supported throughout the transition
Facilitate business readiness assessments to ensure operational teams are prepared for go-live and post-implementation support
Track and manage change resistance by working with leadership to proactively address concerns and facilitate smooth adoption
Monitor and measure adoption by collecting feedback and refining strategies through Change Adoption Metrics and Reports
Ensure sustainability of change by embedding new ways of working into business-as-usual teams for the new SAP S/4HANA solution
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in change management and business transformation, specifically focused on SAP systems implementation
Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP change programs, preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, or Lewin’s Change Theory
Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery within complex organisational environments
Ability to conduct impact assessments, resistance management, and post-go-live adoption monitoring
High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to navigate complex environments, manage expectations, and drive consensus
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
Nice to have:
Certification in Prosci Change Management, CIPD, or similar HR transformation credentials
Experience with SAP Activate Methodology, including fit-to-standard workshops
Experience within local government or public sector organisations
