We are seeking a highly skilled SAP RISE Cloud Migration Project Lead to oversee our SAP cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP BASIS, customer-facing roles, and enterprise cloud services. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with SAP standards, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with strong project management skills and proficiency in English. Familiarity with German is a plus.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage SAP RISE cloud migration projects ensuring smooth transitions of SAP environments to the cloud
  • Collaborate closely with customers, understanding their unique business needs, and acting as the primary point of contact for project progress and escalations
  • Oversee the Migration steps, providing leadership and guidance
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the migration process
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring that stakeholders are aligned with the migration strategy and users are trained on new cloud-based systems
  • Ensure compliance with SAP standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the migration process
  • Act as the bridge between SAP's cloud services and the customer, ensuring a smooth, successful, and valuable experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience with SAP BASIS, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Team Lead, Project Manager, or Project Responsible, with a focus on enterprise cloud migration
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise cloud services with SAP, including SAP RISE, SAP Cloud Platform, and migration to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong understanding of SAP’s cloud architecture, security frameworks, and cloud-native technologies
  • Demonstrated experience working with cloud integration in SAP environments
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English

Nice to have:

  • SAP Certifications in SAP BASIS, SAP HANA, or SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience with SAP RISE migrations or similar cloud transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with cloud-based disaster recovery and backup solutions for SAP systems
  • German language skills
