Job Description

Seeking an experienced SAP REFX Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and rollout activities related to lease management and real estate processes. Candidates should demonstrate strong functional expertise and understanding of the business rationale behind lease accounting, property management, and financial integration processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead/support SAP REFX implementation and enhancement activities
  • Gather business requirements and conduct workshops
  • Configure lease contracts, rental objects, and REFX processes
  • Support SIT/UAT, issue resolution, deployment, and hypercare
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and technical teams
  • Prepare functional documentation and provide stakeholder support

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of focused SAP REFX experience
  • Strong implementation and rollout experience in REFX projects
  • Experience with lease management and FI/CO integration
  • Ability to manage deliverables independently and within teams
  • Strong understanding of real estate and lease accounting processes
  • Must provide clear examples of: REFX implementation projects
  • Rollout experience
  • Technical/functional responsibilities
  • End-to-end project involvement
