Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant
Strong hands-on expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management, Property Management, and Lease Accounting (IFRS 16 / ASC 842)
Solid knowledge of S/4HANA RE-FX integration with FI/CO and Asset Accounting
Experience with master data structures (buildings, rental units, land, business partners)
Proven ability to support configuration, optimization, and end-to-end integration of RE-FX processes
Experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops and SAP Activate methodology
Participation in testing cycles (FIT, UAT) and defect resolution
Commitment to clean core principles and standard S/4HANA adoption
English level B2 or above
Availability for a hybrid work model (twice a week) in Braga, Lisbon, or Coimbra
Exposure to Real Estate contract migration and valuation simulation in S/4HANA (Plus)
