Requirements

At least 5 years of end-to-end SAP ERP project management, covering objective setting, resource planning, timeline control, and budget management
Participation in a minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, with direct involvement in team coordination and stakeholder engagement
Strong expertise in SAP module integrations and in managing priorities and resources within complex project environments
Proficient in applying both traditional and agile project management methodologies, with a flexible approach tailored to specific contexts
Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Job Responsibility

Coordinate and oversee complex SAP ERP implementation and optimization projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Manage the full project lifecycle—from planning to execution—monitoring each phase from pre-sales to go-live and post-implementation support
Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define goals and priorities, and translate them into effective SAP solutions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project expectations
Lead and motivate project teams, resolve conflicts, encourage collaboration, and foster a results-driven, positive environment
Track project progress, prepare reports for stakeholders, and identify potential risks, proposing corrective actions when needed
Ensure clients receive proper training and supervise technical support to make implemented solutions sustainable and autonomous

Requirements

Proven experience in project management with ideally a minimum of five years in the delivery of medium-scale, complex IT projects
SAP experience required - ideally in the cloud environment and knowledge of SAP Activate and ALM
Demonstrated experience managing large projects, performing project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness
Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases
Exemplary communication, time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills to interact with all relevant stakeholders on a technical and non-technical level to build successful relationships
Good human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate and mentor the work of project personnel

Job Responsibility

To project manage the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
Prepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to our customers
Manage, interact with, and if necessary direct all relevant project consultants to ensure all customer expectations and agreed deliverables are met
Manage the processes associated with an effective and functional document control system including but not limited to Project Management hand-over, Administration, Documentation, Customer Support and Project Closures
Facilitate regular aggregated internal Project Progress reporting
Liaising and negotiating with all relevant BPOs of our customers about contractual requirements
Communicate clearly, professionally and demonstrate the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Develop and improve project delivery processes and procedures in line with our project methodologies
