Job Description

The SAP Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations (Greenfield or migration)
  • Lead project teams across geographies and time zones
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Apply SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Use tools like SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, Jira, MS Teams, and Planner
  • Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and support change management
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Lead workshops, demos, and CxO-level presentations
  • Manage contracts, change requests, and commercial execution
  • Mentor and support project team members
  • Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively
  • Support pre-sales activities and identify upsell opportunities
  • Align project delivery with strategic business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of SAP project management experience
  • At least 2 years in Public Cloud
  • Experience in managing large-scale SAP transformations
  • Certifications in SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum preferred
  • Strong stakeholder and conflict management skills
  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation expertise
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Multicultural team management and remote collaboration
