Join a large-scale international ERP transformation program based on SAP RISE Public Cloud, covering operations across France, Europe, and global markets (approx. 250 legal entities). In this role, you will act as the voice of Internal Control, ensuring that business risks, compliance requirements, and control mechanisms are effectively embedded into the ERP solution. This is a highly visible position where you will collaborate with global stakeholders and influence how internal controls are designed, implemented, and adopted across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the design and maintenance of a Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) aligned with business processes
Ensure a strong linkage between business risks and mitigating controls within the SAP ERP solution
Embed internal control requirements (including SoD, access rights, asset protection) into system design
Translate internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements into functional ERP requirements
Act as an advocate for Internal Control, promoting best practices across business units
Collaborate with stakeholders (GBPOs, business leaders, IT teams) to align solution design
Support co-design workshops and contribute to functional design streams
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Support roadmap definition and drive adoption of new solutions across regions
Requirements:
Strong experience in SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, or SAP RISE environments)
Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting requirements
Experience working with Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) and compliance frameworks
Strong business acumen combined with functional and process knowledge
Experience working in international, complex transformation programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives forward
Fluent English (mandatory)
Citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
