Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project and Demand Lead to own operational impact assessments across CIS Services, ensuring SAP demands are evaluated for capacity, cost, quality, and risk. This role works closely with development, operations, vendors, and centres of excellence to provide clear, aligned insights that enable confident delivery decisions in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide feedback on operational efforts and ticket forecasts for SAP-related demands
  • Analyse impacts across knowledge requirements, capacity planning, ticket volumes, and operational effort
  • Identify associated risks and propose practical mitigation actions
  • Own and create the overall Operational Impact Analysis for CIS Services
  • Review and assess Vendor Impact Assessments, focusing on cost and service quality implications
  • Align with all teams contributing to CIS Services, including internal teams and partners, on their specific demand impacts
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders into a single, aligned Operational Impact Assessment
  • Provide timely feedback to the EVO Release Lead where demand assessments indicate potential risks to CIS Services

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, architecture, technologies, and support models
  • Experienced in ITIL practices, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and communication management
  • Comfortable working across development, operations, centres of excellence, and process teams
  • Highly organised, efficient, and able to respond quickly in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborative team contributor with a positive, customer-focused mindset
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and SharePoint 2016 to manage and present data
  • Fluent in English, with clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Bringing 5–10 years of relevant experience in SAP project or demand environments
