Job Description:

SAP Program Manager has primary responsibility for managing the deployment of SAP solutions to clients using SAP technology, services, and methodologies. The role involves serving as a focal point between customers and strategic partners during pre-sales, implementation, and support, with responsibilities encompassing project delivery, stakeholder management, auditing readiness, and productivity improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Manage customer independently and work with GCC and local customers
Manage SAP projects or programs within defined time, scope, quality, and cost constraints
Assist the business unit during the opportunity creation phase
Provide management support for service initiatives, product releases, methodology rollouts, and cross-industry solution deliveries
Identify further opportunities to add value through SAP services
Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients, partners, and SAP business units
Build strong knowledge management across projects and share insights with teams
Ensure project readiness for audit and address risks
Improve program/project productivity
Create consolidated project status reporting and identify issues
Manage relationships with stakeholder groups
Manage and drive change for large-scale programs
Collaborate with geographic teams for strategic initiatives
Understand and manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of experience
15 years full-time education
Hands-on experience & broad understanding of SAP & its portfolio, especially SAP S4HANA
Expertise in one of the SAP domains, preferably SAP MM, PP, & QM
Experience in manufacturing industry & manufacturing domain
Strong communication skills including with senior level executives
Work with autonomy and proactivity
Focus on details and self-driven
Excellent time management and task prioritization
Flexibility to work through different time zones when needed
Quick to adapt and able to accelerate learning curve for new assignments
Pre-sales exposure
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe
