Job Description

SAP Program Manager has primary responsibility for managing the deployment of SAP solutions to clients using SAP technology, services, and methodologies. The role involves serving as a focal point between customers and strategic partners during pre-sales, implementation, and support, with responsibilities encompassing project delivery, stakeholder management, auditing readiness, and productivity improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage customer independently and work with GCC and local customers
  • Manage SAP projects or programs within defined time, scope, quality, and cost constraints
  • Assist the business unit during the opportunity creation phase
  • Provide management support for service initiatives, product releases, methodology rollouts, and cross-industry solution deliveries
  • Identify further opportunities to add value through SAP services
  • Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients, partners, and SAP business units
  • Build strong knowledge management across projects and share insights with teams
  • Ensure project readiness for audit and address risks
  • Improve program/project productivity
  • Create consolidated project status reporting and identify issues
  • Manage relationships with stakeholder groups
  • Manage and drive change for large-scale programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Hands-on experience & broad understanding of SAP & its portfolio, especially SAP S4HANA
  • Expertise in one of the SAP domains, preferably SAP MM, PP, & QM
  • Experience in manufacturing industry & manufacturing domain
  • Strong communication skills including with senior level executives
  • Work with autonomy and proactivity
  • Focus on details and self-driven
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization
  • Flexibility to work through different time zones when needed
  • Quick to adapt and able to accelerate learning curve for new assignments
  • Pre-sales exposure
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe
