SAP Program Manager

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and SAP Ariba implementations, making sure that the projects are delivered on time, on scope, and within budget.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams with participation from various business partners, SAP function leads, SAP technical specialists, system integration specialists, and third-party vendors.
• Manage planning, implementation, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases of SAP SCM solutions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Coordinate the delivery of SAP Ariba solutions such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP), Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Network connections.
• Set up project management, risk management, issue resolution, status reporting, and senior leadership communication throughout all global business units and IT organizations.
• Work closely with senior business executives to plan roadmap, business needs, process improvements, and digital transformation in procurement and supply chain areas.
• Achieve seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, planning tools, third-party procurement applications, and supplier ecosystems.
• Handle project finances, resource planning, vendor agreements, change requests, and budget forecasts from start to finish.
• Coordinate testing approach, data migration, cutover process, and change management to ensure the successful implementation of the new SAP functionalities.
• Implement Agile methodology, Waterfall methodology, or both as well as comply with PMO guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent with relevant experience.
