Role: SAP Pricing Vistex Support Lead

Requirements:

  • Configure, Customize and support SAP Application SAP Pricing Vistex
  • EDI 844 (claims), 845 (Agreements) ,849 (Settlements), 867 (End User Sales/ Sales Tracing) related to Billback, Chargebacks, Sales rebates, Purchasing rebates. Partner determination, copy control.
  • Purchase order notification (EDI 850 out bound), EDI 856 (Advance shipment notification inbound), EDI 810 (Vendor invoice inbound). This configuration includes extension of existing IDOCS, creation of partner profiles, creation of new status codes, mapping of EDI data.
  • Vistex configuration to support the Agreements, Memberships, flexible groups, composite workbench.
  • Configuration of Claims and related configuration like Claim types, Date Types, Copy Controls, Claim Resolution, Claim Status, Posting Blocks, Item Statuses, Claim Origins, Rejection Reasons, Action Codes, and Adjustment Codes etc.
  • Configuration of the IP documents, claim documents and settlement profiles and the copy controls between various documents.
  • Configuration of Vistex Billbacks module that includes agreements, pricing, memberships, claims, settlements and IP documents.
  • Effective Team Leader with excellent work/time management skills and cross-functional awareness.
  • Good understanding of ABAP terms of Routines, Requirements, User Exits, Debugging and Data flow
  • Must have used all Standard SD, MM, FI, Pricing transactions
  • Technical discussions with key stakeholders
  • Interaction with Technical SMEs
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, good communication
  • Offshore co-ordination
  • Document all aspects of the system Specifications, Functional System Requirements and Developments Specifications, Testing etc.
