The SAP Presales & Service Delivery Manager is responsible for supporting the full SAP engagement lifecycle—from presales and solution design to project delivery and managed services. This role works closely with Sales, Delivery, and Customers to design SAP solutions, support deal closures, and ensure high-quality service delivery with strong customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with global teams for solution validation and pricing
Translate complex business challenges into clear, value-driven SAP solutions that highlight ROI and strategic benefits
Participate in RFx responses (RFI, RFP, RFQ), ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business outcomes
Work closely with SAP Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful handover post-sales
Prepare and deliver compelling solution presentations, demos, and workshops
Stay updated on SAP innovations, competitor offerings, and emerging market trends to provide relevant insights and differentiation strategies
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
Support client meetings, C-level discussions, and executive briefings
Support in drafting SOWs, MSAs
Directs, monitors, and assists with the selection, implementation, and installation of SAP applications used by the organization
Provides guidance and consultation on applications and related services, which may include reviewing system documentation, feasibility, design, testing, and implementation
Coordinates the resources needed to meet client and/or business objectives related to SAP applications, monitors and ensures stipulated SLA’s are met
Provides status updates and reports statistics related to different KPI to all the stake holders
Assesses hardware/software systems, applications, and processes to facilitate a larger information systems (IS) strategy
Develops and authenticates business continuity plans when needed
Monitors and reports on project progress and potential risks to all stakeholders
Monitors the schedules and objects assigned to team members
Trains members of the application services team and ensure to have appropriate skill sets within the teams
Provides feedback to team that are timely and constructive
Requirements:
At least 10 years of SAP experience
5+ years in managing large/medium AMS projects, implementation projects
3–5 years in SAP Presales or Solution Consulting
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
Mastery of Microsoft Office or related software
Working knowledge of SAP including S4Hana or ECC
Excellent customer service and project management skills
