Job Description:

Syskoplan Reply is seeking an SAP Manufacturing & Production Consultant to join the team. The role involves delivering transformative projects leveraging SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP Production Execution (PP), Manufacturing solutions (MP&S, DMC, MES), and S/4HANA Public Cloud/SAP Cloud ERP.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a trusted business consultant, advising customers and engaging stakeholders with clear communication
  • Lead and/or support SAP initiatives across Production Execution, Shop Floor Processes and Manufacturing Solutions (MP&S, DMC, MES) with hands-on expertise in S/4HANA Cloud / SAP Public & Private Cloud. Work on multiple projects as a team lead or key project member, ensuring successful delivery
  • Configure and troubleshoot SAP PP and Manufacturing components, ensuring strong cross-functional integration with MM, QM, EWM and logistics areas
  • Conduct fit-to-standard and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best Practices
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation and provide timely status updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and advise leadership on the business impact of design and process decisions. Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective, helping them refine and optimize shop-floor operations
  • Deliver knowledge transfer to clients and colleagues in structured and on demand formats
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills with deep technical and functional understanding of production execution, manufacturing operations, SAP cloud capabilities, and integration with external systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Travel up to 60%
  • 7 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
  • Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations, production execution, and shop-floor processes
  • Expert in set-up and configuration of PP and manufacturing solutions as well as cross functional design/build MM and LE modules
  • Highly skilled in PP master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit
  • Proficient across all project phase. This includes the ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solution
  • Advanced ability to create impact analyses to make recommendations, Proven capability to execute to plan and drive solution adoption

Nice to have:

  • Experience in additional SAP modules
  • Knowledge of SAP Joule, AI/ML, and Big Data concepts
  • Understanding of LMS, LBN, Ariba, and SAP BTP
  • Familiarity with automation, MES integrations, and external manufacturing systems
  • Experience working across regions (NAFTA, LATAM, EMEA)
  • S/4HANA certification
  • Experience implementing SAP Cloud ERP environments
