SAP PM ERP/CRM Consultant

• Serve as the central business-facing contact across functional stakeholders, internal IT teams, and the system integration partner to keep project work aligned and moving forward
• Monitor project status, clarify upcoming milestones, and help maintain momentum toward the targeted October go-live date
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure decisions, risks, and dependencies are understood and addressed in a timely manner
• Create and organize business-facing materials such as training guides, testing documentation, and other project artifacts needed for user readiness
• Support change management efforts that prepare end users for new processes, tools, and ways of working
• Assist with the rollout of a mobile-enabled solution affecting approximately 200 users, helping promote adoption and operational readiness
• Work closely with business representatives to understand current processes, identify needs, and translate them into clear actions for delivery teams
• Help facilitate stakeholder meetings, track follow-ups, and maintain visibility into progress, issues, and next steps
• Contribute to a structured project environment by reinforcing deadlines, coordinating deliverables, and supporting overall execution quality

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, product owner, project coordination, or similar role supporting enterprise initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams in a complex project setting
• Strong documentation skills with experience producing training materials, test support documents, and project-related business artifacts
• Background in change management and user readiness activities for large-scale implementations or rollouts
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in deadline-driven environments
• Familiarity with SAP and related functional areas such as Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, Plant Management, or Field Service Management
• Experience working in a hybrid model with the ability to be onsite in Omaha, Nebraska on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Utilities, energy, or natural resources industry experience and prior collaboration with a system integrator are preferred
