An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled consultant to join a leading organisation on a major HR and Payroll transformation journey. In this role, you will partner with national clients to understand their operational needs, designing and configuring systems to streamline HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve strategic people goals. This 12-month contract offers a hybrid working model based in Melbourne, allowing you to deliver high-impact solutions while managing end-to-end project deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
Job Responsibility
Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to match specific client requirements and business processes
Lead workshops to gather business requirements, providing best-practice recommendations and developing functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks
Deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure seamless project delivery
Partner with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems, while executing data migration and validation
Provide advanced-level troubleshooting for complex EC and Payroll issues, alongside strategic guidance on payroll deployment approaches and planning
Stay abreast of the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements to provide proactive system improvement recommendations
Requirements
Minimum certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Successful completion of at least 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
Proven expertise designing and configuring Australian Payroll in strict alignment with state and national payroll legislation
Strong background working with diverse HR/Payroll systems, including comprehensive process review, design, and data migration/validation
A relevant degree or qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, lead client workshops, facilitate discussions, and collaborate effectively within large, diverse project teams
