Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management. The candidate will work with business stakeholders to design, configure, and support SAP SD/OTC solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure and support SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) / SAP SD processes
  • Work on sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, and returns
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications
  • Support integration with modules such as MM, FI, and Logistics Execution
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide end-to-end support for OTC cycle
  • Participate in testing, implementation, and user training

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC)
  • Strong knowledge of sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management
  • Experience with integration with FI, MM, and logistics modules
  • Experience in configuration and support of SAP SD processes
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
