Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
8+ years of hands-on SAP SD and MM configuration experience
Full lifecycle implementation experience (at least 3 E2E projects)
Strong knowledge of SD-MM integration (e.g., STO, Consignment)
Experience with S/4HANA SD/MM (preferred)
SAP SD or MM certification (advantageous)
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibility

Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP SD and MM modules
Optimize pricing, billing, procurement, and inventory management processes
Ensure integration between SD-MM-FICO for accurate financial postings
Support S/4HANA migration and digital transformation initiatives
Resolve cross-module process gaps and system issues
Configure and maintain SAP SD functionalities (pricing, billing, shipping, and revenue recognition)
Design, configure, and maintain SAP MM solutions for procurement, inventory, and logistics
Enhance customer experience through efficient order management and system enhancements

Perform testing of SAP IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), and basic manual business process controls
Support SAP ECC & S/4HANA audit engagements, including walkthroughs, Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE)
Participate in risk assessments for SAP system access, business process controls, and key reports
Perform and support Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, access reviews, and remediation tracking
Update and maintain Risk & Control Matrix (RACM) and audit working papers
Understand and test SAP business processes – Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (RTR)
Document audit observations, support management responses, and track issue closures
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal audit teams during control walkthroughs and validation discussions
Support consulting teams in delivering SAP controls assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in SAP SD within implementation project and/or support (L3)
At least 2 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis
Exposure in SD submodules (order management / pricing / delivery processing / billing)
Strong business process, functional configuration as well as continuous improvement initiative on SAP SD
Exposure in any 3rd party WMS (e.g., Manhattan WMS) as well as SAP FICO, SAP PP & SAP MM integration with SAP SD
Exposure in S4 HANA as well as any Integration & Migration tools
Strong exposure in dealing with global senior stakeholders OR exposed to global business processes in relation to sales, distribution, or logistics
Strong exposure in leading a small team
Manufacturing / Retail / Consumer Products industry experience

Job Responsibility

Maintain SAP OTC (SD) to ensure optimum performance and reliability
Be SME in SD
Take part in end-to-end SAP project (business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements, UAT)
Deal with required stakeholders via DA/PAO governance contribution
Maintain good relationship with business users lead and other related stakeholders
Execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
