Job Description:

As a SAP specialist, the candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team with a strong focus on SAP MM/WM/EWM modules, supply chain and manufacturing processes, and Solution Manager (SOLMAN). Responsibilities include root cause analysis, service improvement, job monitoring, and ensuring on-time delivery of quality solutions within an agile methodology.

Job Responsibility:

Understand business processes and technical architecture of application portfolio
Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement
Identify and propose service improvement
Communicate well on specific technical topics
Job monitoring, Data Management Request and Incident Management
Agile mind-set and collaborative way of working
Ensure on-time delivery and quality of projects
Bring innovative cost-effective solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction
Challenge the needs of clients and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:

Expert in SAP MM/WM/EWM modules
Strong knowledge in Logistic Execution Business processes supported by SAP
Skills in supply chain and manufacturing processes in an industrial context
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Customer facing experience
Well aware of Logistics Processes Inbound, Outbound, Distribute, Pick and Pack
Experience in Solution Manager (SOLMAN)
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience and at least 1 year in Application Support Services
Graduate degree
