Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP MM Consultant with 7-14 years of experience in SAP MM and strong domain knowledge in Purchase/Stores. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP R/3 implementations, Hana migration, and integration with FI, CO, PP, SD, QM, and EWM. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
  • identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Work self-directed and independently with good handling of integration points
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
  • Document Functional Design Specifications, Test Cases and Results
  • Should be able to work in the project independently and support to team

Requirements

  • 7-14 years of relevant experience in SAP MM
  • Strong Purchase/Stores domain experience in industries like FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Pharma, Cement, Textiles
  • Must have 2-3 full lifecycle SAP R/3 Implementation experience (Project Preparation to Go-Live)
  • Must have 2-3 Roll-out and 2-3 Support Project experience
  • Experience in Hana Migration Project
  • Strong experience in Master data, Purchasing, Inventory, Account determination, invoice verification, batch management and special stocks
  • Good handling of integration points with FI, CO, PP, SD, QM, and EWM
  • Experience in Data uploading tools like LSMW LTMC and LTMOM
  • Good Knowledge on configurations of Purchasing, Pricing procedure, Inventory management, account determination and invoice verification
  • Knowledge in Material master and vendor master functionalities, data base tables and relationship between the tables
  • Strong knowledge on cutover data activities and SAP Best practices
  • Good Knowledge in standard reports
  • Knowledge on S/4 Hana Functionalities (Business Partner, BRF+ and tables in HANA)
  • Knowledge on Fiori application
  • Knowledge on Interfaces
  • Graduate of either B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Applications, MBA
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
