Job Description

We are expanding the SAP team of our global client and looking for a Senior SAP MM/PP/WM System Analyst to support core logistics processes, a HANA implementation, and an SAP carve-out project.

Job Responsibility

  • Effective and efficient delivery of functional SAP Project Execution activity in a project assignment to ensure that it is delivered in consistent, harmonized and optimal manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)
  • Delivery and support of the impacted project in scope, throughout the whole project lifecycle (design, IT testing, UAT and implementation phase), cutover execution and hypercare support
  • Effectively manage the relationship with internal business partners and employees on the project
  • Work with various internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLA’s
  • Collaborate with other SAP Functional Leads - Project Execution to deliver a seamless global project execution model
  • Partner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirements and properly deliver the project based on the functional specifications
  • Collaborate with the ETO application team and follolw their guidance on delivering the project
  • Coordinate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams
  • Help in the management of Root Cause Analysis for project delivery issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable
  • SAP project execution experience at least 2 full project lifecycle completed, project management/delivery / ITIL in a regulated SAP environment
  • 4-7 years of experience
  • SAP ECC6 and/or S4 Hana implementation experience
  • Agile experience
  • Ability to translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical staff and management
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment
  • Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe
