Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MM and MRP modules
Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA implementations
Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP MM and MRP modules
Experience with at least one end-to-end (E2E) SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project
Proficiency in S/4HANA specific functionalities, such as MRP Live and Fiori applications for procurement and inventory management
Deep understanding of master data elements and their impact across the logistics and finance modules
Knowledge of system integration concepts, IDocs, and interfaces with external systems
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, and inventory best practices

Job Responsibility

Manage all material-related processes
Ensure material availability for production
Configure/optimize procurement and planning functions within the SAP S/4HANA environment
Master Data Management: Define, create, and maintain critical master data including Material Master, Vendor Master, Bill of Materials (BOMs), purchasing info records, and source lists
Procurement and Purchasing: Configure and manage the entire Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), release strategies, outline agreements, and vendor performance
Inventory Management (IM): Oversee goods receipts (GR), goods issues (GI), stock transfers, physical inventory procedures, and stock movements, ensuring accurate inventory levels and valuation
Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Execute and monitor MRP runs, analyze planning results, define lot-sizing procedures, implement consumption-based planning (CBP), and proactively handle material shortages and exceptions
System Configuration and Implementation: Perform detailed analysis of business requirements, design and configure SAP MM and MRP modules in S/4HANA, identify gaps, and propose solutions or workarounds
Integration and Support: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance & Controlling (FI/CO), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Quality Management (QM)
Testing and Documentation: Conduct system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare functional specifications for custom developments, and create user training materials and documentation

Support production execution, material staging, backflushing, and shop floor control processes
Assist in month-end closing and ensure accuracy of production cost postings
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose permanent solutions
