Job Description:

We are in the manufacturing industry, located in CARROLLTON, Georgia, and we are currently seeking a SAP MM Manager. In this role, you'll be part of our SAP team, working closely with various stakeholders including business liaisons, analysts, and other IT staff. Your key tasks will include processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you'll be in charge of monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
  • Keep customer credit records up to date and accurate
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required
  • Collaborate with the team, business liaisons, analysts, and other IT staff for requirements gathering and understanding business priorities
  • Configure the SAP ECC Materials Management module as per the business requirements
  • Provide end-user support and perform system configuration
  • Coordinate testing activities and follow the established change management process
  • Analyze, document, and manage the development and maintenance of business processes in SAP
  • Assist with SAP training when new Materials Management functionality is implemented or new locations go live
  • Document and maintain Materials Management business processes following SAP best practices
  • Coordinate and participate in system integration, performance, and acceptance testing
  • Create and maintain functional specification documents
  • Facilitate the move of approved application changes through the system landscape
  • Responsible for configuration of Materials Management functionality
  • Support SAP Functional Manager and other teams on various projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the Manufacturing industry
  • Proven experience as an SAP MM Manager
  • Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies is essential
  • Experience with CRM systems is mandatory
  • Familiarity with Epicor and Epicor ERP systems
  • Experience in AB Testing is required
  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Business Process Functions
  • Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents
  • Proven skills in Change Management
