Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM / EWM Senior Consultant to join our EVO Functional Operations team and contribute to end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE solution design, implementation, and optimisation. The role requires strong functional expertise across P2P, inventory management, warehouse processes, and master data, along with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across international environments. This position is based in Pune, with opportunities to support global projects within a large SCM EWM team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MM / EWM solutions
  • Lead solution design and full-cycle implementation activities across P2P, inventory management, and warehouse operations
  • Address integration issues and develop effective solutions across functional and technical landscapes
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, business users, and cross-functional teams globally
  • Provide transactional insights and support audits for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Offer guidance on solution feasibility, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Build strong relationships with global Vodafone operating companies and SI partners
  • Work with supply chain, MM, and EWM owners to resolve data and process issues
  • Apply strong knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP RISE, and related modules
  • Contribute to workshops, documentation, training material creation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Plan and deliver functional sub‑plans independently within project constraints
  • Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and adopt feedback constructively
  • Support physical inventory, stock adjustments, warehouse tasks (WT/WO), CIFing, master data, inbound/outbound processes, label printing, batch and serial management, and initial inventory uploads
  • Work with ABAP teams for technical specifications, smart forms, and workflow understanding

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP MM / EWM consulting and implementation with domestic or international clients
  • Strong expertise in SAP MM / EWM operations and S/4HANA Simple SCM processes
  • Experience managing multiple business scenarios such as inbound/outbound deliveries, warehouse movements, master data, and physical inventory
  • Exposure to niche SAP modules (WM, MM) is desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a 25‑member SCM EWM environment
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and facilitation capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders
  • Ability to work under time pressure, manage own workload, and adapt to changing environments
  • Familiar with ITIL processes (preferably v3) and complex system landscapes
