Job Description:

With 20+ years in the market, our team of 1,800 is strong, reliable, and always evolving: learning, growing, and striving for excellence. We are looking for an SAP Master Data Team Lead to join us.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and mentor a team of MDG professionals, including analysts, developers, and consultants
Define and implement MDG strategies, including data governance policies, data quality rules, and workflows
Work with business units and technical teams to implement and optimize MDG solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and data strategies
Ensure the effective governance, integrity, and quality of master data across the organization, including data standardization, master data validation, and reconciliation
Provide technical guidance and support for MDG projects, including configuration, development, and troubleshooting
Work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, IT departments, and vendors, to ensure successful MDG implementation and maintenance

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of SAP MDG, including its various modules, configuration options, and development tools
Strong understanding of data governance principles: data quality, data consistency, and data security
Experience in managing MDG projects: planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
English B1+
