Job Description:

The SAP Marketing Executive will lead marketing efforts for SAP Services at NTT DATA Services. This role involves defining marketing strategies, crafting messaging, and engaging with customers to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in SAP marketing, strong storytelling skills, and a background in B2B service marketing. Immediate start is preferred.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute the marketing strategy for SAP services, ensuring clear positioning and differentiation in the SAP services landscape
  • Craft compelling messaging and storytelling to communicate our offering’s differentiating value to large enterprise customers, technical buyers, developers, and business leaders
  • Develop high-quality collateral that showcase SAP offering capabilities across SAP solutions, ensuring strong narratives for website, social media marketing and events such as SapphireAPPHIRE etc
  • Orchestrate digital marketing go-to-market plans for SAP service offerings, ensuring strong alignment across GTM, COE, SAP and BU sales and demand generation efforts
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of both digital and on-site events
  • Track SAP services market trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps, and marketing strategy, and sales activities
  • Engage with SAP, customers, analysts, and industry influencers to establish NTT DATA’s SAP thought leadership in enterprise productivity
  • Drive thought leadership efforts by creating and amplifying content such as blogs, whitepapers, customer stories, and executive presentations, as well as identifying opportunities for speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in SAP Services Marketing with Large Enterprise
  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans in conjunction with SAP
  • Clear understanding of tech-driven business solutions, and enterprise trends
  • Experience leading B2B service marketing for cloud-based service solutions, focusing on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives for business leaders and technical decision-makers
  • Storytelling expertise, with a track record of creating high-impact content
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as SAP Marketing executive with Technology solutions
  • IT services sales background with Enterprise Apps
