SAP ISU Functional SME

• Act as the functional lead and SME for SAP IS-U modules in electric utility implementations and operations
• Gather and analyze business requirements across key areas like Meter-to-Cash (M2C), Device Management, Billing, FICA, and Customer Service
• Provide functional support for SAP ISU projects, including configuration, testing, and business requirement validations
• Manage critical incidents (Sev1 / Sev2) ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution
• Review and reduce incident backlog
• work with vendors for timely resolution
• Provide on-call support (24×7 rotation) and oversee SAP approvals
• Monitor billing batches, alerts, and ad-hoc requests ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support SAP ISU projects and handle customer escalations effectively

• 5+ years of SAP ISU functional experience (billing, metering, device management, customer service)
• Strong incident/change management and escalation handling expertise
• Solid background in SAP ISU Production Management, including incident handling, month-end, and outage management
• Hands-on experience in incident and change management processes (ITIL or similar frameworks)
• Experience in automation of ISU operations or proactive monitoring tools
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities migration or implementation projects
• Familiarity with integration between SAP ISU and enterprise systems (CRM, FICA, etc.)
• Strong Knowledge on compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Good to have SAP Certification in IS-U or related modules
