We are supporting a leading energy sector service organisation in Switzerland as they expand their SAP capability ahead of a key SAP S/4HANA and SAP Utilities (IS-U) programme launching this year. The environment is complex and evolving, with significant integration across billing, customer operations, and energy data processes.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting and enhancing SAP IS-U / Utilities processes within an S/4HANA environment
Working closely with business users to understand and resolve issues across billing, metering, and customer service processes
Participating in workshops with functional stakeholders (primarily in French) to gather requirements and translate into SAP solutions
Troubleshooting and resolving post-go-live issues and system defects
Supporting ongoing improvements across “meter-to-cash” processes
Working with technical teams on integrations, data flows, and system optimisation
Contributing to testing, UAT support, and deployment of changes and enhancements
Requirements:
Strong experience in SAP IS-U (Utilities) or SAP Utilities environments
Experience in S/4HANA transformation or support programmes
Knowledge of utilities processes such as billing, metering, FI-CA, or device management
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
Fluent French (essential)
Experience in energy / utilities sector strongly preferred
