Job Description:

We are seeking two experienced SAP Inventory Management (IM) Analysts to support a short-term engagement of 4+ months. This role will focus on executing and supporting daily inventory operations within SAP, including stock transfer processing, shipping and receiving activities, and inventory corrections. The analysts will collaborate closely with the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) team to ensure inventory accuracy and alignment across systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and manage stock transfer shipments within SAP IM
  • Execute shipping and receiving transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including quantity corrections
  • Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliation activities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including the IBP team, to maintain data integrity
  • Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely system updates
  • Support reporting and provide insights into inventory issues or trends
  • Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Inventory Management (IM)
  • Strong understanding of inventory processes, including stock transfers and goods movement
  • Experience with shipping/receiving workflows in SAP
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with or alongside IBP (Integrated Business Planning) teams
  • Exposure to SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management)
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment
