Job Description:

Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP IBP Demand Planning solutions to meet business requirements. The role works closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyse needs, translate them into system solutions, and ensure reliable operation of planning applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse business requirements and support improvements to demand planning processes and systems
  • Configure and maintain SAP IBP Demand Planning solutions
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical system requirements
  • Support testing, system configuration, and deployment activities
  • Provide application support and troubleshoot system issues
  • Document changes, maintain system configurations, and ensure solution stability
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and integration

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or business systems roles
  • Experience with SAP IBP or SAP APO Supply Planning
  • SAP IBP configuration and modelling knowledge
  • Experience using the IBP Excel Add-In
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI / CPI-DS)
  • Experience working in cross-functional or international project teams
