Joining our HR & Travel Expenses team as a Payroll Consultant, you'll primarily collaborate in managing ongoing payroll support in SAP across multiple countries including Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Cape Verde, Turkey and the Dominican Republic. Job Responsibility:
Deliver high quality support performance for SAP payroll processes in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and within budget
Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives, focusing on technical aspects like payroll developments, data migration, integration and coordination of development work
Manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers, ensuring planning, execution and quality control meet our standards
Responsible for the proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM, applying SAP Notes and addressing new legal requirements promptly
Pro-active and prompt interaction with the end-user community to ensure issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly
Requirements:
Substantial experience with SAP HCM processes and customizing Germany HCM, including Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management and Self-service Portal
Technical knowledge covers S4HANA, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP HCM, and ABAP/4 programming
In-depth knowledge of payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme and payroll functions, with previous experience in SAP HR consulting
Understanding of Human Resources business processes to support Change Management Processes, including SAP HCM Hana Migration and onboarding of new users
Fluency in both English and German is required
Comfortable working in an international environment with colleagues from different nationalities
