Job Description:

Joining our HR & Travel Expenses team as a Payroll Consultant, you'll primarily collaborate in managing ongoing payroll support in SAP across multiple countries including Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Cape Verde, Turkey and the Dominican Republic. Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high quality support performance for SAP payroll processes in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and within budget
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives, focusing on technical aspects like payroll developments, data migration, integration and coordination of development work
  • Manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers, ensuring planning, execution and quality control meet our standards
  • Responsible for the proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM, applying SAP Notes and addressing new legal requirements promptly
  • Pro-active and prompt interaction with the end-user community to ensure issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience with SAP HCM processes and customizing Germany HCM, including Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management and Self-service Portal
  • Technical knowledge covers S4HANA, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP HCM, and ABAP/4 programming
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme and payroll functions, with previous experience in SAP HR consulting
  • Understanding of Human Resources business processes to support Change Management Processes, including SAP HCM Hana Migration and onboarding of new users
  • Fluency in both English and German is required
  • Comfortable working in an international environment with colleagues from different nationalities
