Previous experience working in a similar role within SAP HCM projects
Familiarity with industry-specific SAP HCM solutions (e.g., SAP for Public Sector, SAP for Healthcare)
Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Personnel Development (PD)
