Job Description:

As a SAP Basis & Hana Admin Technology analyst , the candidate should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. The area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and daily operations. The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; in agile mind-set and methodology (SCRUM).

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide solutions as per the requirements with good quality and performance
  • Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape
  • Define/suggest/implement SAP best practices and Golden rules
  • Perform deep technical root cause analysis and performance improvement
  • Work with different stakeholders and define the process as per the needed requirements
  • Flexibility of working in European work hours
  • Any On-demand support during holidays/weekends
  • Responsible for service delivery of BTP services HANA CLOUD, Datasphere and Data intelligence
  • Responsible for HANA sidecar performance management and participation in architecture design meeting
  • Addressing and solving critical issues related to platform (L3 level)
  • Being a point of contact for business units such as manufacturing,logistics and procurement
  • Participation in projects planning boards for their future readiness and propose HANA level architecture suggestions
  • Inboard new projects into BTP services of SAP
  • Being a part of a cloud community of practice members participate in cloud strategies meetings
  • Escalation handling related to the team from india
  • Participate in overall BTP strategy and present various roadmaps and proof of concepts to various stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Graduate with close to 7 years of SAP HANA Admin & Basis experience
  • SAP HANA experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Hana
  • Experience on HANA Sizing, Installation, Upgrades & Licensing
  • Hands on experience on HANA Performance tuning & Troubleshooting performance Issue
  • Experience on HANA system Replication, Backup and Restore
  • Experience on Table partitions, analyze the Mini check reports and take corrective actions
  • Able to analyze the different HANA Trace files and take corrective actions
  • Experience on HANA User authorisations (User creation, Role assignment & Role Design)
  • Experience in architecting and planning SAP database migration and other Basis related projects
  • Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services
  • Knowledge on SAP BW/4HANA Migration
  • Administer and maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test and production)
  • Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance
  • Knowledge of SAP SolMan tools i.e., ChaRM, Job Monitoring etc.
  • Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery
  • Able to work proactively with all the stakeholders upon understanding the end to end project life cycle in a collaborative manner
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers
  • Must have experience in WebIDE for HANA provisioning and hands on
  • Migration of HANA repository objects to HDI containers
  • Expert knowledge on HANA deployment infrastructure
  • Hands on in usage of GITHUB and Jenkins
  • Must have knowledge of docker containers and artifactory (eg: jfrog)
  • Xs client and node.js upgrades using cli in redhat linux
  • Expert knowledge on HANA transport for ABAP and CHARM handling
  • Understanding SAP future roadmaps and updating the teams internally about the new changes and planning the changes accordingly
  • Must have knowledge of SAP BTP administration, trust configuration , user authorizations
  • Hands of working experience with HANA cloud including all the different engines eg:vector,spacial,graphical,document store
  • Datasphere administration, space handling , pricing estimations , how to use different builders and catalog
  • Network security regarding HANA cloud,Datasphere and Dataintelligence
  • Pipeline creations, connection creations and overall administration of SAP data intelligence
  • Expert knowledge of SAP SLT systems
  • Expert knowledge of SAP SDA mechanism
  • Ability to design and write an architecture document according to enterprise standards is a must

  • Knowledge on BW/4HANA Migration
  • Knowledge on SAP authorisations
  • Having knowledge on the PIPER project is a plus
  • Usage of POSTMAN is a plus
  • Creation of service keys and API portal integration with integration suite is a plus
  • Knowledge on AI CORE and AI launchpad is a plus
