We are looking for an SAP Functional Support Consultant to join us.
Job Responsibility:
Provide daily SAP end-user support across multiple modules and time zones (Thailand–Australia)
Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues when needed
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization or improvements
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend enhancements or workarounds
Support rollout of new features, patches, and updates
participate in testing and UAT
Maintain documentation (resolutions, user guides, configuration changes) and ensure compliance with internal policies
Train and guide end users to improve adoption and efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience supporting SAP systems (in respective solution) in a business or IT environment
Strong understanding of business processes in one or more functional areas (e.g., source-to-pay)
Experience with ticketing systems and IT support workflows (e.g., ITIL framework)
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Experience in creating documentation and end-user training materials
Ability to work by the US time zone
English B2+

Knowledge of SAP ECC R3: MM, PP, SD, FI
