Job Responsibility:

Oversee SAP functional consultants across multiple modules and ensure alignment with business goals
Direct solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for core SAP functions
Lead end-to-end delivery for implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects
Review and validate functional specifications, process flows, and design documents
Monitor integration needs across modules and coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams
Drive adoption and readiness for SAP S/4HANA environments and related innovations
Establish support standards, resolve escalations, and improve system stability and performance
Manage resource planning, task allocation, performance reviews, and team development
Communicate regularly with business stakeholders to define priorities and enable informed decisions
Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes
