Job Description:

Our client is in the midst of a major SAP transformation, upgrading their legacy SAP ECC 6.0 environment to SAP S/4HANA. With a global footprint and partnership with an offshore implementation partner, the organization seeks a skilled IT Business Relationship Manager to support them through the critical final stages of the project—including code freeze, go-live (planned for Q1 2026), and hypercare.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the trusted liaison between IT, business users, project leadership, and third-party providers
  • Shape and drive post-UAT activities toward code freeze, final data migration, and readiness for go-live
  • Support business users in issue tracking, escalation, and resolution during pre- and post-go-live phases
  • Manage communication cadence—status reporting, stakeholder briefings, and risk/mitigation updates
  • Facilitate effective international collaboration and knowledge transfer across US-based and offshore teams
  • Prepare transition documentation for managed service provider (MSP) handover during hypercare
  • Ensure compliance, process alignment, and continuity as the organization moves to S/4HANA
  • Champion user adoption and change management activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting SAP ECC 6.0–S/4HANA upgrade projects (global/international scope preferred)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
