Job Description

Seeking an experienced SAP Analyst to support and enhance Logistics Execution capabilities across a complex supply chain environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and support SAP solutions that improve logistics operations, warehouse processes, transportation execution, and overall operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead enhancements and mid-sized initiatives within SAP Logistics Execution (LE) modules
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, solution designs, and process improvements
  • Support and configure SAP LE functionality, including Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management/Stock Room Management (WM/SRM), shipping, and transportation processes
  • Analyze and improve inbound/outbound logistics workflows, EDI/IDOC integrations, and transportation execution processes
  • Document current and future-state business processes and perform fit/gap analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations, data quality initiatives, and process standardization efforts
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, testing coordination, and post-implementation support
  • Participate in major release support, HyperCare activities, and occasional on-call support for critical operations
  • Ensure solutions align with IT governance, security standards, and SAP best practices
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and emerging SAP technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience supporting ECC and S/4HANA environments
  • Strong experience configuring SAP Logistics Execution (LE), including: Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management / Stock Room Management (WM/SRM), Handling Unit Management, Batch Management, and Shipping and transportation processes
  • Experience supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Strong understanding of EDI/IDOC integrations and supply chain process flows
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-plant supply chain environments
  • Familiarity with SAP Transportation Management (TM), SAP EWM, or external TMS platforms
  • Experience with freight costing, settlement processes, or transportation optimization
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or modern SAP technologies
  • SAP certification
