Job Description:

Sopra Steria is seeking an SAP FICO Senior Functional Analyst to assist in driving its clients' digital transformation projects. The role involves working on S/4 HANA Data Migration projects, providing practical knowledge of SAP modules, collaborating with stakeholders, and adhering to best practices. Proven expertise in Data Migration strategies and methodologies is required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer or related fields
5+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling on S/4 HANA Data Migration projects or ETL based solutions
Must have worked on SAP Asset, Open G/L, AP/AR migration and executed Costing run during mock loads in S/4 HANA
Practical knowledge of SAP objects and import methods in SAP FICO module
Knowledge of Migration Cockpit, XML, LSMW, IDOC, RFC, ABAP Proxy etc.
Good collaboration skills with stakeholders to gather data mapping requirements
Extensively used Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and MS Office products for data Analysis, Project Schedules, Business process modelling, Requirement/issues documentation and training
Proven ability to advise and support clients facing data quality challenges
Translate client requirements into solution definitions while adhering to data management best practices
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences
In-depth understanding of Data Management and Migration strategies and methodologies
Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
