Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in SAP SD within implementation project and/or support (L3)
At least 2 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis
Exposure in either one of these SD submodules: order management, pricing, delivery processing, or billing
Strong business process, functional configuration as well as continuous improvement initiative on SAP SD
Exposure in any 3rd party WMS (eg: Manhattan WMS) as well as SAP FICO, SAP PP & SAP MM integration with SAP SD
Exposure in S4 HANA as well as any Integration & Migration tools
Strong exposure in dealing with global senior stakeholders OR exposed to global business processes in relation to sales, distribution, or logistics
Strong exposure in leading a small team
Within Manufacturing, Retail, or Consumer Products industry experience
Diploma is required

Job Responsibility

Maintain SAP OTC (SD) to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
Be SME in SD
Take part in end-to-end SAP project: business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements (eg: SAP table and data structure), UAT & others
Deal with required stakeholders via DA/PAO (Design Authority) governance contribution
Maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
Execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Work with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on an end to end greenfield S4HANA global implementation of SAP SD
