The SAP FICO - S/4 HANA Public Cloud Consultant role involves managing financial processes and ensuring compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in SAP Finance environments, and must hold a mandatory SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification. Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update the customer database accurately
  • Collaborate with project teams to track project status and update billing targets accordingly
  • Manage and validate customer billing and shipping information
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
  • Input invoice information into Excel and maintain organized filing systems
  • Maintain proper records of debit and credit notes with appropriate approvals
  • Generate complete, accurate, and timely invoices using billing software
  • Review purchase orders, generate invoices, and send them to clients
  • Correct discrepancies in invoices related to pricing, quantity, or total amounts
  • Process returns and adjust invoice values accordingly
  • Prepare vouchers, receipts, and checks as required, ensuring system entry accuracy
  • Maintain updated client records, including invoices, payments, and contact information
  • Communicate effectively with clients and account managers to resolve billing inaccuracies
  • Report regularly to superiors and ensure accurate posting of invoices in the system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance operations or SAP Finance roles
  • Mandatory SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification (Finance or relevant module)
