Job Description

Our client based in Toronto is seeking an experienced SAP FICO / RTR Manager to join a high-profile enterprise transformation initiative. This HYBRID role requires a strong SAP Finance lead with hands-on implementation experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive finance workstreams within complex SAP environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead SAP Finance / RTR workstreams across large-scale SAP implementations
  • Facilitate business blueprinting, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions
  • Manage stream planning, governance, status reporting, risks/issues, and delivery execution
  • Support integrations across SAP modules including SD, MM, PM, HR, and SuccessFactors
  • Develop business process flows, test scripts, training materials, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of SAP Finance experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise across: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO
  • Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Strong leadership / team lead experience within enterprise SAP programs
  • Experience with SAP Finance integrations across SAP ecosystem modules
  • SAP Finance certification highly preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to have

  • SAP Group Reporting
  • SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
  • Power & Utilities and/or Mining industry experience
  • Consulting experience within large enterprise environments
