As a key member of the Finance tower, you will be responsible for working on a variety of support related issues, and small projects, as well as coordinating work with various customer stakeholders (both Business and IT stakeholders). This is a very customer focused, hands-on role where the team are expected to work on customer issues and developments, as well as collaborating with other functional and technical consultants – both within the dedicated Jazz team, and across the wider NDBS Managed Services organization.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a high level of 2nd & 3rd line advisory and consultative support to the customer stakeholder community
Own Product costing, FI GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Tax and CO related issues and developments on behalf of the customer
Establish and maintain a good working knowledge of Jazz IT Service Management processes and governance requirements
Analyse, configure and implement appropriate solutions with the support of the Functional and Development Consultants when applicable
Ability to perform peer reviews of proposed and delivered solutions
Strong communicator
work closely with Jazz and internal NDBS stakeholders
Problem solving: use own initiative to identify and implement solutions and opportunities
Requirements:
Deep knowledge and understanding of S4 HANA & FIORI ECC
Knowledge and understanding for Universal Journal, Material Ledger, Fiori apps
Knowledge and understanding of Product Costing and Finance modules
Experienced in providing support for Month-End/Year-End Closing in S4 HANA
Demonstrable skills to design, configure and test specific core functional modules
High level of verbal and written communication skills in English
Documentation skills
A strong ability to understand business processes and design appropriate solutions
Ability to learn and adapt business change process
Demonstrable experience of maintaining technical knowledge / learning new skills
Proven experience of acting as liaison point with clients for troubleshooting
Proven ability to work with customers to provide robust end-to-end business solutions
A good understanding of GxP requirements and the importance of adhering to defined control processes
