Job Responsibility
Own and maintain the S/4HANA FI/CO global template, driving process harmonization across multiple international company codes and manufacturing plants
Lead and oversee the optimization of the General Ledger (Universal Journal), Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and intercompany flows
Take primary ownership of the financial impacts of manufacturing execution, including production order settlements, variance calculations, standard cost rollups, and Make-to-Order (MTO) postings
Ensure seamless integration between FI/CO and operational modules like Inventory Valuation (MM), Revenue flows (SD), Production Costing (PP), and Quality management (QM)
Lead the FI/CO stream during global S/4HANA rollouts, manage financial data migration from legacy systems, and validate data integrity during hypercare
Assess the financial impact of system upgrades, oversee regression testing, and maintain controlled transport governance
Requirements
5+ years of SAP FICO configuration experience
Proven ability to navigate multi-company codes, international subsidiaries, and coexistence scenarios (S/4 & ECC)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Advanced knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, specifically focusing on the Universal Journal and Margin Analysis
Hands-on experience working in complex manufacturing environments with a solid understanding of product costing variations (MTS/MTO)
Understanding of FI integration points with MM, SD, and PP modules
